La FILEF invita tutti gli elettori a votare NO al referendum per salvare la Costituzione Italiana antifascista
In questi giorni gli italiani con cittadinanza italiana o doppia cittadinanza stiamo ricevendo una busta dal nostro Consolato contenente la scheda elettorale per il cosiddetto referendum sulla separazione delle carriere dei magistrati. Bisogna votare seguendo le istruzioni che troverete nella busta quindi spedire al più presto per posta la busta più piccola col voto, includendola, col tagliando di identificazione, nella busta già affrancata con l’indirizzo del Consolato.
È molto importante votare NO perché questo è il primo passo della destra al governo per avviarsi ai pieni poteri. Non vuole governare ma COMANDARE.
Primo passo: cambiare la Costituzione per neutralizzare il potere giudiziario
Secondo: nuova legge elettorale con un enorme ‘premio di maggioranza’ per poter eleggere il presidente della Repubblica da soli (ma la costituzione prevede il concorso di più forze politiche in Parlamento)
Terzo: ulteriori cambiamenti costituzionali per arrivare ad una Repubblica di tipo presidenziale (sul modello Trump).

if you are an Italian citizen, please vote NO in the next referendum. It’s very important for the preservation of democracy in Italy. Here’s why you should vote NO:
Vote NO to the justice reform because
• it is useless (the separation between prosecutors and judges already exists without amending the Constitution)
• it is harmful (it distorts the Constitution, jeopardizes the autonomy of the judiciary, and compromises the balance of state powers)
• it does not improve service to citizens
• it does not reduce trial times
• it does not increase staff
• it does not regularize precarious workers
• it does not strengthen guarantees
• it does not ensure the rehabilitation of the convicted
• it does not guarantee certainty of punishment
• it increases costs for citizens
• it is harmful (it distorts the Constitution, jeopardizes the autonomy of the judiciary, and compromises the balance of state powers)

The goal is to subject the judiciary to government influence, weakening checks on those who exercise power. Judicial autonomy is not a privilege, but a guarantee of equality for all, and the result of this reform is a justice system that is harsh on the weak and lenient on the powerful.
To defend the Constitution and impartial justice, VOTE NO!
